However, it meets the requirements of 300 hour Yoga teacher training course of Yoga Alliance.

This course for dedicated Ashtanga practitioners shows you how to fully integrate practices of Ashtanga Mysore Yoga. Intensive 300 hour Ashtanga yoga training in Rishikesh is all about learning the proper techniques of Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series in a Yoga capital of the world. Our Practice and Philosophy are based on tradition, which we call Parampara (Lineage). Yoga is lifetime learning subject because it is so vast and to have a strong foundation for the yoga journey, it is very important firstly to establish a personal practice. We aimed this Intensive 300 hour Ashtanga yoga training to prepare you for the journey of yoga as a Lifestyle and potentially a profession.

Refund policy: All registration fees are non-refundable. However, students can transfer from one intensive to another at least one month before the start of that course to attend another. After this time fees are forfeited.
Accommodation:
The 1-month Ashtanga Intensive course is non-residential and students are asked to book their own accommodation. You can ask us for recommendations or choose from a great variety of accommodations (different budgets and needs) within a 5 min walk to a 10 min. As this is a popular destination we recommend seeking accommodation as early as possible.
Our yoga Shala which is situated in the most beautiful location and colourful root valleys of Himalayan mountain ranges. It is the most eco-friendly and atmospheric place to learn the art of yogic science. We provide neat and clean Place to Practice with changing room, washroom and shower to our students. Shala is airy, ventilated with the view of mountains and Ganges.
